That changed the moment I hit burnout. I was managing millions in projects when a wall of resistance was hit. Being stretched thin, criticized, and forced to face my own shortcomings. But instead of breaking, I learned something essential: pressure reveals what’s inside of you. When you’re squeezed, either results or excuses will come out. That experience taught me grit, humility, and the value of finishing strong even when it hurts. I realized I could live with these failures, but not with the failure of potential unexpressed.
